Brother Waster Toner box model WT-223CL. Printer is DCP-L3551CDW color laser. Problem: Readout says Waste Toner box is full, or near full, when it's actually empty.There's a lot of conflicting information on YouTube about this problem but I've yet to find the correct fix. Anyone?

@egelbart sounds like you may have issue with the Waste toner sensor. It detects a certain amount of waste toner in the waste toner box. So, if your repeat message says it s full but in reality it is not, then this would be my prime suspect. Make sure that you reset the "sensor" which is really nothing but a simple switch. Check something like this video for seeing how to do that. Also check and clean the contacts etc. as seen on page 114 of the SM
Use the Brother Dcp 9030cdn L3510cdw L3517cdw L3550cdw L3551cdw Hl L3290cdw Mfc 9150cdn 9350cdw L3710cw L373 for the rest of the SM for the printer.
