Apple Vision Pro (M5, 2025) Repair

On October 15, 2025, Apple released an updated Vision Pro with a faster M5 SoC and standard dual-knit headband. It first appeared in Apple stores on October 22 and launched in South Korea and Taiwan on November 28, 2025.

The M5 Vision Pro, in contract to its predecessor, which only had one band, comes with a dual-band, light gray, woven, ribbed headband. Otherwise, it retains the three-dimensional curved front glass, gray aluminum enclosure, and white speaker straps of the original. Orange accents are found on the straps, and the top of the enclosure has cooling vents, one button, and one dial.

The included battery pack is unique to the Vision Pro, and can be identified by a rectangular aluminum enclosure with an inset engraved Apple logo and tethered woven cable.
