Benchmade Griptillian Disassembly

Be sure to make note of what side the belt clip is on for reassembly.

Use a T6 bit to remove the two screws holding the belt clip.

Use the T6 bit to remove the four screws holding the handle in place.

Turn the knife over and remove one T6 screw.

Turn the knife over and remove the T8 screw that is going through the hinge.

Once you've removed the screw, you can remove the handle.

Using the T6 bit, drive the hinge pin out of the other handle.

Once you've done this you can remove the other handle.

Using 600 grit sandpaper and a flat surface, rub both sides of the copper washers until there is new material showing.

Reverse process to re assemble.
