This guide will help you replace or remove the base plate on your DOSS SoundBox portable Bluetooth speaker, which provides structural integrity and protects the device's internal components. The base plate may need replacement if your speaker shows signs of physical instability or sound distortion coming from the base of the speaker. Before starting, ensure the device is powered off to avoid accidental damage.

Locate the four 3/32" screws on the bottom of your device.

Using a JIS #00 screwdriver, remove the four 3/32" screws.

After removing the screws, lift the cover off of the device.

Using a JIS #1 screwdriver, remove the six 3/32" screws that attach the base-plate to the speaker enclosure. These screws are marked with red circles.

Using a JIS #000 screwdriver, remove the two 1/16" screws from the areas marked with an orange circle.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
