Follow this guide if you need to replace the platter of your Heyday Suitcase Turntable. The platter is where you place the record or vinyl and holds it in place. If the platter is damaged or not placed correctly, it will affect the sound quality.
Before beginning this guide, turn off the record player and disconnect the power cord.

Using angled tweezers or a Halberd spudger, pry the spindle shaft from the spindle.

Use both hands to gently lift the platter up and off of the turntable.

Once you have removed the platter, you can replace the platter. Once you have replaced the platter, press the spindle shaft back into place.
