If your RYOBI P501G battery starts failing when using your saw, you may want to think about replacing the component. The failure may be a the battery being completely drained. The replacement of the battery is not too complex. You will need the indicated screwdrivers and a spudger to complete this task. There are no warnings or potential hazards when replacing the pad.

Place your thumb and forefinger on opposite sides at the base of the RYOBI P501G, where the buttons to release the battery are located.

Click on the buttons to release the latches holding the battery in place and connected.
