i will recommend to follow these steps to - make sure you have the right password of your wi -fi than go to the settings and uninstall the printer driver from the computer and download it from hp website and than install it again . check for any settings issue and you can also try to connect using WPS key for more information you can go to hp http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/supp...and once you got it fixed restart printer and computer and print it again to make sure

Make sure you install the cd correctly and if nothing remove printer from devices and printers and add a new one and have it find it on the wireless.

If its easily possible then open the printer menu or follow the on booklet instruction to perform a factory reset. Once the reset is done then insert the installation disc and follow the on screen instruction which shall hopefully fix your problem. Good Luck
