Tamarra Zahran, follow this guide to remove your battery. If you still do not have any images after you reset your phone, you may have to replace the display assembly. Here is the guide for that. Hope this helps, good luck.

Sometimes CAREFULLY opening the phone (As rapidly opening can rip battery flex due to adhesive covering) and disconnecting the battery for a few seconds (you need a screwdriver but im not sure which kind) and reconnecting can fix that. Otherwise you might need a new lcd/digitizer assembly. Good luck!
