How to change SSD?
Hello, sorry in advance for my bad english but i'm french guy.
Do you know how to change the SSD (& why not the RAM) on the Sony Vaio Duo 13 ?

I replaced the 128GB ssd with a crucial 240 ssd in a sony vaio duo 13 model svd13223. Here is a youtube slideshow of the order of disassembly. Be warned, as has been stated, the sticky mesh cover will not be reusable.

It is not a hard job to disassemble this laptop. However you should note the it will cause unrecoverable damage to the sticker covering those screws. Your laptop will look ugly even if you manage to stick back. Plus, I have not see large SSD brands release M.2 SSD yet (Intel has one, but 180G only). If you have the SSD you want to replace, and you are sure you do not care about pealing off the sticker, I can teach you how to do that

Sorry to disappoint you, but as what I have said, this machine uses M.2 socket for SSD. The SSD you are thinking of has mSATA interface which does not fit the laptop.

'cause M500 got many versions, I didn't know which you are referring to.
But just a precaution, do you mind to have irrecoverable folds on your sticker covering the speakers?
