I dropped it from about 1m on a hard floor, now the display is not working anymore. But the alarm still rings so i guess the rest of the hardware is still working, maybe its only a cable or so that got pulled out. Thank you for any help.

Heavy impact broke the LCD screen. So you should replace the screen first, and then to check other features such as cameras, sounds and so on.
