No, 60GB is the largest that will physically fit. Larger ones are too (physically) big.

Appreciate that bit of information. Got to see the physical hard drive for the actual 4G iPod and its pretty compact. You're right the 160 GB IDE notebook hard drive I was looking at is huge.
