hi i have HP mini 110 not start windows and not boot i try change the HDD and the RAM still not open or boot i just have the HP on the screen i made photo please can help me fix it

Go to BIOS (Basic Input Output) and find the boot order. make sure you have the 1 option to the internal Hard drive.
