I have watched the video on cleaning the roller pick up and these tips did not work. As per the instructions I need to replace the rollers. I have searched the net to find the parts. Can someone help?

The problem is a small plastic gear that has slipped off a small steel shaft that runs the paper rollers that pulls the paper into the printer.
Easy to repair!
In order to see the gear, place a small mirror on the shelf that holds printing paper and view the top of the gearing mechanism. If the first gear on top closest to the front has slipped off the steel shaft, you have found the culprit! Simply put a small drop of epoxy of the groves that supports the gear in place and let dry....I just did and it corrected the issue.

dont forget to slide the gear back into place after putting the drop of epoxy on the shaft
I am grateful to you for this post! That was my problem. Easy fix, but dead in the water otherwise..

I can only suggest searching Ebay and other online sights for used machines or parts. I have this printer and HP has discontinued support long ago!

To clean inkjet paper feed rollers I take a clean sheet of paper, get it started in the manual sheet feed.
Wet a rag with isopropyl alcohol, quickly wipe a stripe in the center of the page and push page feed.
While the page is being drawn into the rollers, grab the trailing edge and resist the feed.
Not so much as to tear the page, just make the rollers slip on the alcohol.
You'll see a dirty smudge where the rollers got scrubbed.
Repeat this, using a new sheet each time, until no smudge.
I've done this on several printers, and 2 sometimes 3 sheets are all you need.
Do Not do this on a laser printer: the alcohol won't help and may catch fire in the fuser.

This is done by turning on your printer and removing the power cord from the rear of the printer and from the wall socket. After a period of 60 seconds, the power cords are reconnected and this time is made to connect them directly and not using a voltage stabilizer nor a spike buster.
