Repairing without loosing data

After software update my phone dont want to swith on again. It only show black screen with sony and xperia coming and going. How do I get it on again without loosing my photo's?

Hand in the hair,

Step 01

  • Reset the phone using reset switch
  • Connect USB cable and leave it 15 Mins
  • Try to turn on the phone back

Step 02

  • Go to recovery mode and reset phone to factory default
  • or you can update the firmware ( in this situation all data will be lost)
  • Once phone turn on back you can recover the data back
