Can my cpu be fixed
a capacitor fell off the cpu. can it be resodered?

Yes it can. You might want to check the value of the capacitor to be sure it is still good. I have had one drop off due to poor soldering. I was able to resolder it using a 25 watt soldering iron with a very small tip. I had to use regular 60/40 solder that melts at 360 degrees F. It worked. Just don't over heat the solder joint.
