Dell Inspiron 1545 boot loop....
I ran diagnostics and everything in the system passed; tried to reload hdd with new os... system came back with the error code that no drive was loaded. (Basically could not read the hdd). Replaced the HDD with a new 250 GB HDD and tried to load OS, same issue. I have re-seated the RAM also. I tried to run it on only the 1st stick of RAM. Next attempt I will try to load the OS with 1 stick of RAM, but I do not think it will work. I am open to any other suggestions that anyone has. I am fixing this pc for a co worker and was not wanting to take it all the way apart, but I will if necessary? Suggestions Please...

Have you tried safe mode? what have you tried?

Be more specific, please. Give as many details as you can so anybody can help you.
For example, tell us, Does the laptop turns on? Can you see the Dell logo screen?

Mine loads to CRPdsk.sys and then crashes out and will not boot with original disk it came with containing Vista PREMIUM or any recovery processes.

I ran diagnostics and everything in the system passed; tried backing up to earlier time to no avail. I have re-seated the RAM. I tried to run it on only the 1st stick of RAM. Tried recovery, chkdsk, scan etc. nothing. It just blue screens out at that same place - sorry think it crcdsk.sys not crp!
