victorpadilla886, it is not water resistant. So this is a question that is somewhat impossible to answer unless it has gotten wet already. I suggest you keep it away from water...

I dropped my mega2 into about 4 inches of water ( accadetially) . Afterwords I put it in rice for about two weeks, and also removed battery. Afterwords that it would not boot past the samsung header. I called samsung support, lied by saying it had never been in water. The reprogrammed it by remote. That was almost a year ago and I am writing this responce on the very same mega2. So yes, unless you've totally shorted them out they can survive to work anotjer day
