My phone often restart mysteriously. Im not sure what is happening. Whethr browsing the net, make a call or simply navigate the phone..its often hang for 5 seconds and automatically restart. Does anyone have the same problem with me?

Hi..ive changed my phone already. Anyway, in regards with the issues youre having on your Huawei Ascend G7, kindly try to do these steps and see whether the issues are fixed or not.
- Power off your device and wait for 5-10 secs
- Press and hold the volume up button together with power button (make sure you are pressing the volume up button before pressing the power button)
- Release the buttons once you see recovery system page (black screen and green android icon)
- Once you are in the recovery system page select the 1st option [-Reboot System Now] and press the power button
- Once your device rebooted it will bring you back to the homescreen
Works on my phone last time. Best of luck
