From your question, it's difficult to tell what the problem is. I presume it's booting into windows. Is it presenting a password prompt and is it simply not responding when you type your password? Is the mouse working? Is it simply that your keyboard is broken or not properly plugged in? Does the Caps Lock light come on when you press Caps Lock?

The mouse is on, also the keyboard when I start the computer, but when it comes to typing the password both mouse and keyboard suddenly stop working
