2 Screen is un-responsive to touch
How should I approach getting my screen to work again? It will not reach to my finger when trying to use it.

If the screen does not work make sure that the device is charged and also clean the screen of any debris or oils that might be inhibiting the screen from reaching to your finger. If this still does not work try to power down and/or reboot the device. If all else fails it is likely that the screen has gone bad and may need replaced. If the device has been dropped or has a cracked screen this could be a likely problem.

The screen is blue and says it needs a repair and is not hooked up to the required device. what is the required device?
