1 Why does the camera suddenly turn off?
Sometimes when taking pictures, the camera would abruptly turn off without warnings.

The camera may unexpectedly shut down if it becomes too hot or too cold. If your camera experiences extreme temperatures (ex: overheating after sitting too long in the sun) and the camera turns off or shuts down, try warming or cooling it back to normal temperatures. Also, dropping the camera may cause the battery pack to become dislodged. Try removing the battery pack and then putting it back in to ensure it is installed correctly.
