Hi, every time I try to start my laptop I get a "windows Boot Manager" message up. It says it has encounted problems with a device connected to the computer ( There is no device). The message at the bottom reads File: \Boot|BCD

Try disconnecting your internal hard drive if possible. If you cannot, try going into your BIOS and boot off of a bootable disc to install a new version of Windows.
