Whenever I go and press my power button the ProScan tablet still won't turn on.
-I have charged the tablet numerous times and it still won't turn on.
-I have attempted to do a factory reset but the screen won't turn blue and the options menu doesn't pop up.
Please let me know if it can be a problem with the motherboard or the battery it self.

According to your description, there are several possibility to caused your device cannot turn on. First, try to find similar charger and charge the device again. The charge may faulty. Next, if the charging cord works, you may have a faulty battery. If the problem still there, it may because a broken motherboard. And you to use guide to replace it. Mine comes on says proscan looks good and then start to blink and flash what could be the problem

Mine is not coming on at all
Mine turns on and goes to the blue screen and that is it. I turn it off and it comes right back on again. I've tried to factory reset but still nothing.

DONT TRY THIS UR SELF consult a professional How to force start any proscan .You must put it in diegnostic mode start by removing the 2 screws on the right side gently pry around the edges carefully not to hit any thing inside use just the tip of the screwdriver after separated you will notice a wire connect to a speaker which is taped on the backside of the proponent simply remove the tape. And now you're ready remove rubber coating around the red and black wire get any plug off any device like a fan or TV caution make sure it's not plugged in before cutting / strip the the two ends leaving bare wire now connect one to red and one to Black doesn't matter which one as long as they're not touching put tape around them to ensure they don't ground out possibly ruining your device or BLOWING a breaker and now you're ready plug it in you should hear a small pop unplug it from the wall disconnect wire put the back back on it reinstall screws hold down the power button for 10 second with one hand and punch the screen as hard as you can throw it in the trash and go buy another one or get a real tablet to ensure this doesn't happen again. Mine is not coming on. It charges. But it keeps telling me to “unlock for all features and data. I just got it as a gift on New Year’s Day. I don’t even know the 1st thing about it yet. I don’t know what it means to do a “long press. “ I tried to do the factory reset. That failed. Please help.

The problem is that it is a proscan and they are junk. spend a bit more money and get something good.
