How do I fix a frozen screen?

The issue may stem from having too many programs open and running at once. If this is the case, it may help to collectively press control, alt and delete (ctrl+alt+delete). This will open the task manager (or give you the option to open the task manager) which will allow users to monitor or close whatever programs are open, the performance data, and each program’s total processor utilization.
