Printer won't "startup" when powered on

When I press the On button my printer begins to start but then stays in "Startup" mode and won't continue to boot up. To turn it off I have to unplug the power cord because none of the buttons on the control panel will work.

Hi,

What is the exact model number of your printer, is it 3, 3.2 or 3.2s?

You may be able to fix your problem by reloading the firmware but because the firmware is different for the 3 models you need to install the correct one otherwise it may render your printer inoperable.
