On/off switch does not work
The on/off switch has been hard to turn on or off for a long time, now it does not work at all

I also had this problem. I believe it will not turn on because the lens is stuck and cannot extend. This appears to be a minor but persistent problem which is solved by gently hitting the camera on the edge of your desk, a table or other. I said gently, then the lens extends and the camera works until the next time the lens decides to stick. Remember, I said gently.
