I was downloading a few game apps. When it just went crazy bouncing from app to app pulling up page after page so I tried to do a restart from another date or whatever and Lt just went blank. I can still turn it on and off but that's it.

With a Tablet you can try the same Problem solves like on a Notebook.
If the OS does not start you can start it and Switch it of for three times, so the Tablet "thinks" it is heaving a Problem by starting itself and it will turn into the Repair Mode.
In this Mode you can do a self test for the OS or do a recovery.
