No really that's not the right answer, you would need to contact your service provider for a PUK (pin unlock code) if you enter the wrong pin code for your SIM card security too many times... 3 times I believe but for the user security lock for the phone itself you need to perform a hard reset to restore it back to the factory default however... I'm not aware of how to do that at the moment.... I'm working on a Sony Ericsson Xperia x10 as we speak so once I have the correct answer I will return to this page and post my new found wisdom lol
