Why does my tablet keep turning off

Most likely your battery is going bad. And replacing the batteries on those is not easy at all. If you dont have insurance on it, or the warranty is already voided, i would think about buying a new tablet. I would try to contact asus though, see if its still under the factory warranty or see what they would charge to fix it. Hope this is helpful.

This a problem with a cover with a flap that covers the screen. Remove tablet from cover and see if it stays on. I had the same problem which is now solved.

Hi I’ve got the same problem my asus tablet screen P00C keeps shutting itself off every few minutes periodically, here’s what did

I checked sleep mode, its set to NEVER Sleep

I put it on Safe Mode, it doesn’t appear to be a third party app, but did make the turning back on more quickly

I checked all the settings

So I don’t know about anything else that causes it
