turned on computer. screen was blue background. screen appeared to be zoomed in. can not get windows to load up. can not see none of my icons, bar at bottom of screen, interent icon , nothing but a big blue zoomed in screen.

@riceclara30 you should explain to us why you think that the blue screen was zoomed in. You also should tell us which version windows you are using and if your computer went through the regular start-up routine. that will determine if this is an OS issue or a hard ware issue. It is possible that this is caused by a bad hard drive. Go to your BIOS and see if the crive is recognized and use a bootable CD or USB drive to see if your computer starts up normal.
