How to fix gray spot on screen

I have a small gray spot on my 21UX Wacom screen. technically it works but the spot is a distraction. is there something I can do?

I seen a video for another Wacom screen where they opened the unit and cleaned the ribbon connectors to the screen and it cleared the problem. is there a fix or should I get used to the spot
