Sometimes it will turn on but most of the time it won't....charge battery ...may turn on once or twice....but not always....wasn't used for a long time ,could it just be a bad battery.....so frustrating when you need it to work....

I would say either find a friend with a known good battery or buy another battery (and charge it) then test again.
