2 Water damage charge not working?
My husbands fitbit charge got wet and will not work now - where can I get it repaired?

Get a quart size ziplock bag , Place your fit bit into ziplock bag cover the fit bit with rice , regular rice that is bought in any grocery store , lock the bag closed for 24 hours . After 24 hours the moisture should be absorbed , see if this helps.

I have met same problem before. Just put it in the the rice. After 24 hours the smartwatch work again
I went swimming with my Fitbit watch , didn’t. Go underwater. It no longer works.
