My HTC android desire 510 willn't go pass the boot up screen. It will boot up at all. I tried everything that I seen on you tube to fix the problem and there has been no change at all

Boot into recovery mode, do a factory reset/wipe all, then clear cache.
That should get you booted. If not, please update as it may be something a bit more difficult.

To add onto this it's volume down + power to boot up bootloader mode, then go into fastboot or use the main menu to do the 'factory reset' option.
