When being used, my HP Stream 7 seems to be lagging in response to when I touch it. The tablet's screen is not cracked and is on a full charge. Any quick fix for this screen lag?

Screens are very sensitive and sometimes the smallest things will throw off the calibration and the LCD screen. Try shutting down the device, and once the tablet is powered off, take a soft towel and gently clean off the screen. Remove any dust or dirt on the screen and clean until satisfied. Once the screen is clean, power on the device. A good cleaning and a restart may be all the device needs.
