android guy on his back
my android guy on the screen is laying on his back with the stomache door open and a red triangle!!!!! thats all it does when i try to turn it on!!!

I think it,s time for a factory reset , you will lost all you data !!!!!
1. Turn tablet off. You may need to use two hands in this process to press and hold buttons properly.
2. Turn on the tablet with power button, wait a full 2 seconds from the time the tablet starts showing the red Motorola logo, then press and hold the down Volume key. (you should not hold down the power button after it turns on and logo appears)
3. "Android Recovery" will appear on top of screen if timing is done correctly. Release volume button. (if you continue to press volume down at that message, the message will cycle through "RSD, Fastboot, and back to Android Recovery. Make sure message states Android Recovery before you go to next step). If stuck at a RSD protocol or Fast boot screen, reboot the tablet by holding power button then pressing the volume up).
4. While screen states "Android Recovery", Press volume up button, the screen will say "Entering Android recovery mode" and a few seconds later an Android robot graphic will appear alone on the screen. Release buttons.
5. Hold down power button and then press the volume up key together to see the Android Recovery screen menu selections.
6. Use the volume buttons to move up and down through selection in this menu.
7. Using the volume down button, scroll down to "Wipe data/factory reset"
8. Tap Power hard key to select option.
9. Scroll down to select "Yes, delete all user data".
10. Tap the power button to select. Wiping and formatting data will take a few minutes.
11. You will return back to the Android recovery screen menu.
12. Tap the Power button to "Reboot system now" which will power-cycle tablet and eventually power back on to the Initial Set-up / Welcome screen present when you first turned on your tablet

I tried following those steps, but once it was turning back on, I still got the green guy.
I did all that but mine will not Connect to my WiFi I’m not understanding why????
I have the same problem.
While I am able to get the little android figure on the screen, it just sits there and does nothing.
I did that and lil man still laying on his back

nabi Jr Factory Reset
- Turn off your nabi Jr.
- Press and hold the Volume + button and the Power button until the system menu appears on the upper left corner of the screen.
- Use the Volume - button to select “Android Recovery Mode.”
- From the Android screen, press and hold the Volume - button then tap the Volume + button
- Use the Volume - button to highlight “Wipe Data/Factory Reset.” Then, press the Power button to select that.
- Use the Volume - button again to highlight “Yes - Delete All User Data” and press the Power button to select that.
- When the data wipe is complete (about 20 minutes), reboot system now will be highlighted. Press the Power button to select that to reboot your nabi.
- It will take about five minutes to reboot your nabi Jr. Once the initialization is complete, your consumer will see the Welcome screen.

always holds the power button plus the key + volume, and never went to the factory reset menu, went straight to the android doll with the belly open. that was the only answer that explains what to do when going to the android doll. nor did the manufacturer have that answer. thank you so much for your help.

It's not working on my tablet
It means you have crashed and gone to recovery mode, it is waiting for you command.
If there is a bar under it, it is updating.
Otherwise, if it does not have the bar under it, press both the volume up, volume down, and power button at the same time, you should now see options later on. Then, press the option you think is the best.
Controls:
Volume up: Up
Volume down: Down
Power button: Enter

I have the same sign as Merch Perez and my Pixel (XL) isnt allowing me to enter. The power button is just cycling through it... All I did was try and restart my phone because my calls kept cutting off.
On my Motorola phone I have to hold both the Power button and Volume Down for about 10 to 30 seconds to get to that menu.

i did all of of the steps but still no luck it keeps showing the android guy erasing something after that hes out on hes back with red triangle recovery doesnt work factory reset dont work wipe cache partition dont work reboot sends me back to erasing android

My green guy has the door open on his stomache but instead of a read triangle it has 9 buttons on it like a pay phone button set up.. can anyone give me advice please?
I had the same thing with my tablet. I had to hold the volume up/down button and the enter button at the same time then release after may be 15 seconds. After that it booted up slowly but it worked....i had to do it twice tho the first time it went back to the android guy on his back but the second try worked.

First, my tablet started a factory reset on its on while I was just using it. Now it's hung in factory reset mode and it won't even give me time to sign into my wifi before it starts an erasing mode then starts a sequence of different screens over and over. It's 20 days over the 1 year warranty so that's out!
I've tried recovery mode and factory reset mode but both say there's nothing to recover or rest.
If anybody has any idea to just get signed into my wifi before it changes and goes to a screen with a circle and the word erasing underneath it. Then starts the sequence of screen changes.

Mine says "Booting Android Recovery...." and then I see the guy on his back. This happens whether I turn on holding the Volume + button or just power it on. I can't get the menu.
