Why won't my screen display anything?
The phone has been charged and turned on, yet the screen is completely black.

Hi Leah,
If your phone's screen is not displaying anything, your battery could be low or the screen could be broken.

What if it is fully charged? Both my Panasonic screens quit the same day Model KXTGA652...phone still works but cannot see anything including caller id
