Device screen dose not respond
I have a digital d2 tablet and the screen dose not respond when i touch it. Can you give me some possibilities on how to fix this problem?

Have you tried restarting the device? That usually fixes the issue. If that does not help, try playing with the volume. If the volume works, then the touch sensor may have gone bad.

Mine's screen doesn't work after restarting it. Its also broken with a crack on it. Is there anyway to get a replacement to to fix it?

Hi @elkarch5 ,
Have you tried starting it with the charger connected, you didn't say?
Does it give any indications on the screen when you first connect the charger to it and switch the charger on?
