I keep getting a message please reinsert tape

Barbara, Try a reset first, remove tape, remove battery for 30 seconds and reinstall, try camera. Still not working, remove tape and with door open use compressed air to blow any dust/debri from door mechanism and compartment, when clean and battery fully charged try camera function. Camera may have to be disassembled to access the drawer motor contacts to clean.
