It says your problem could be RAM failure or Processor failure, and in this laptop, those two parts are together. It could also be a faulty screen, bad wiring, graphics card failure, motherboard failure, BIOS failure. I would check the RAM/Processor assembly first. It's actually an easy and fun process to replace it.
