How to restore to factory settings?
Have tried everything to get it to factory settings nothing has worked....please help!

I have this laptop and am unable to re-install windows to the emmc card. Whenever I try, it says that windows can't be installed on device 1 partition 1.
I've seen some say to set the EMMC as the first drive in the bios, but that's not possible on this computer.
