My name is Jennifer Cameron and I have a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W310 Camera which has a black mark on the display screen (I think inside of the outer layer of the display screen) and it partially covers the view of what I am trying to take a picture of. (I think moisture may have got inside the display screen.) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

@photonut sounds like your camera has a broken LCD display. Start with this video. It definitely will get you there.

i do not know much about cameras but this happened to my ds and it my have cracked the screen internally
