Elmo does not laugh
My tmx elmo moves as normal but does not laugh. I have tried replacing the batteries

@staceyp ,Stacey, Sounds like the batteries are OK, just in case you could try a new good quality set of batteries to confirm. You may have to carefully dismantle Elmo and see if a wire/connection has came off or broken to the laugh box or button inside Elmo or the box/button could be defective. I did not find a replacement laugh box, but did find a few used replacement Elmo's that you could remove the box from or if Elmo in good shape keep your old one for parts and use the replacement Elmo. You can also try a search for replacement laugh box if needed and maybe have better luck. Good luck.
