There is an LCD toggle button that can manually turn off the display; it might be manually powered off. Remove the Lens Cap. Push the LCD toggle button to change the display. Press any button to restore the LCD from power off. If this still does not work, try contacting Kodak directly by visiting www.kodak.com/go/contact
