Why is my camera frozen?
With brand new batteries it will turn on, but has a black screen and no buttons respond. I can't even shut it off. We have had this for a few years but used it rarely. Now we want to use it again and it won't function. I remember we paid a good amount of money for it and do not want to regret this purchase!
