Phone stopped powering on... maybe a possible fix!

Okay... so i had a m4 aqua with no screen output, but it responds(let's refer as first phone). Recently i got a cheap m4 aqua that only needed to swap the battery so i did it and it worked for some time( let's refer as phone 2). I don't know why the phone 2 is not turning on anymore(something with power delivery i'm guessing). Now that i opened both phones to check differences i saw that there are some parts missing from the first phone that are on second(pics attached) maybe it's possible to somehow combine 2 into 1 and make 1 functional phone?
