Hold both volume up and down buttons together with the power button for about 15 secones, until you see the presitige logo. Pick the option: wipe data/factory reset and then select yes. When it states : wipe data complete, go back to top and choose reboot system. Navigate using volume up down buttons and select with the power.

What if you are locked out of the tablet how do you factory reset
I just did what the original text said and it worked
How about if u don't know the password
make sure the device is off. Then at the same time hold all three down the power the volume up and down and when you see it come on release both vol buttons and then instantly press them again do not let go of the power . hold for 3 sec and then release all you welcome

If you have access to the device functions you would go to Settings>Back-up & Reset>Factory Data Reset.

I installed a security code and now the tablet is rejecting it. That leaves me with no way to access the tablet to reset it. Is there a way to be able to bypass this code to reset my tablet?

I got a used tablet and it will not let me log in to my account to set it up and it keeps asking for a previous email that was sync to it before and I don't know it

I accidentally hit the button for the blind I was trying to dim my screen and I hit the wrong button now it talks to me and gives me commands but it doesn't light up I can't get nothing to light up on the screen cuz I hit for the blind and now I can't get back in it to turn it to take it off of the blind
