No volume randomly stops working

Tried the fixes here , shutting down checking Bluetooth, compressed air, check mute button ??? Closed Fishdom game to open Yahtzee and lost volume . Happened before and came back on its own a day later, then again and came back on when updated, don't know what to do now ,very frustrated!!
