Hello,
We have a asus q502LA-bsI5T14 and the headphone jack is lose when we insert the headphone. Additionally there is no sound when we listen with whatever headphone is plugged in.
Does anyone know the replacement part number and how to replace it? (your tube video?)

Found out from ASUS tech support the headset jack port thing is part of the motherboard. We would need to replace the entire motherboard to fix the headset jack. :( Oh well.
