i've reached out to samsung regarding this question with no luck. If you log-in to the below link they do appear to allow you to mail it to them:
samsung.com/us/support/service
Some internet searching also found this company, but I haven't used them:

The internet will also provide this company. Reviews appear to indicate it is a scam, I would not recommend trying to use them.
